Important Notes
Most of our porcelain products are fully handcrafted or made-to-order immediately after order placement. Owing to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of handmade and custom art pieces, returns and exchanges for all handcrafted/custom porcelain items will not be accepted 24 hours after order confirmation, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you have received an incorrect item, contact us at cixuzen@outlook.com right away with clear photos of the product and its original packaging. We will carefully verify the situation and provide a proper resolution for you in a timely manner.
In addition to our core handmade and custom porcelain collections, the following items are also permanently classified as non-returnable and non-exchangeable: perishable goods (including food, fresh flowers, or live plants), fully personalized custom products, personal care and beauty items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, discounted sale items, and gift cards.
Due to the specialized handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our porcelain products, we do not offer any exchange services for regular orders. If you wish to purchase a different product or style, please confirm the product details and place a brand new order separately.
Pursuant to EU consumer protection laws, if your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you reserve the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item only under strict conditions: the product must be completely unused, retained in its original intact condition with full original packaging, and must not have been customized or hand-assembled. A valid proof of purchase is required for all such cancellation requests.
